Shake it Up: Recipes for Tracy’s Wellness Shake

I am so excited to introduce you to my Wellness Shake. I am proud to put my name on this product because of the integrity of the ingredients as well as the research behind the shake. If you are on Metamorphosis, you can have the shake for breakfast or as a replacement for any time that you would have a Think Thin bar. If you have completed Metamorphosis and are now enrolled in Continuity, you can still have the shake for breakfast or even add to your iced coffee if you need an extra boost. Below are some recipe options for you to try with your shake today!

Banana Kale Shake

Chocolate Wellness Formula
1cup unsweetened almond milk
2 packets of Stevia
1 banana
handful of Kale
cup of ice
Blend ingredients in a blender for the perfect milkshake!

Blueberry Goodness

Chocolate Wellness Formula
Blueberries
A little but of creamy peanut or almond butter
Water and/ or or any kind of milk product
Sweetener of your choice if desired
Recipe: Blend ingredients with ice and enjoy

Banana Awesome

Chocolate or Vanilla Wellness Formula
1/2 Banana
Grapes
Water and/ or or any kind of milk product
Sweetener of your choice if desired
Recipe: Blend ingredients with ice and enjoy

Vanilla Pinkberry
Vanilla Wellness Formula
Water and/ or any kind of milk product (almond milk or skim)
Chopped strawberries or berries of choice
Sweetener of your choice if desired
Recipe: Blend the Wellness Formula with the milk product/water and ice. Keep adding ice and blending until the texture resembles a slushy or sorbet. Top with your choice of berries!

Strawberry Banana Wellness Shake
1 scoop of Vanilla shake formula
1/2 banana
6 strawberries
Ice
1/2 cup of fat free vanilla or strawberry yogurt (depends on how much flavor you like!)
