Throughout your journey of each new level, you will continue to unlock new results and see what it feels like to be constantly reaching new goals.  The reason why I am constantly creating new material is to make sure that your brain stays connected to your body and that your body is being stimulated in new and different ways.  If you simply go from trend to trend, you will do nothing but confuse your muscles and never reach a goal because all of those techniques are trying to achieve very different results.  With my method, you are always working towards the same result - you becoming your most beautifully designed self!  

The latest apparatus I created for the method is introduced in Continuity 2.2 and continues in Continuity 2.3. This is a nearly weightless plastic hoop which is used in a variety of ways to challenge your training and excel your results. Because of its size and lightweight material, the hoop provides an extra challenge to your balance and the moves. You will be engaging your muscles in different ways and strengthen your stability as you balance with the hoop.  As always, be patient as you master the ring!  Excited for your results!
